1. Reach out. Fill out the inquiry form with your animal’s name, the size you’re thinking about, and your timeline.

2. Share your photos. Send 3–5 clear photos in natural light, at your animal’s eye level if you can. Little things help too: the scar on their nose, the way their ears flop. I’ll let you know which photo will paint best.

3. Reserve your spot. A 50% deposit holds your place in my schedule. The balance is due when your painting is finished.

4. Approve the sketch. Before I pick up a brush, I’ll send you the composition so you can approve the layout and pose.

5. I paint. You’ll get a progress photo partway through so you can watch your portrait come to life.

​

6. Final reveal. I’ll send photos of the finished painting for your approval before it ships.

​

7. Delivered to your door. Your portrait arrives carefully packaged and signed, with a certificate of authenticity.

Timeline: Most portraits take [3–5] weeks from sketch approval. For holiday delivery, order by Nov 15th, 2026.
